The Falcasantos Family came from Tetuan, somewhere here in Zamboanga City. This life size sculpture of Jesus was originally owned by the great great-great grandmother of Cathalina Fernandez Falcasantos, also known as Tatsi, Ka’tat, or Lola tat. This life size sculpture of Jesus was manufactured during the Spanish time. In her generation, as she holds the responsibility of taking care of this life size sculpture of Jesus, and since she has five children, she assigned her Five children to manage in each year.


In this year 2006, Henry “Sonny boy” Falcasantos will hold the responsibility to manage this wonderful event, which is the Semena Santa or the Holy Week. “In ordinary days the sculpture of Jesus Christ remains in the Parish Church of Tetuan. (The St. Ignatius of Loyola Church)”
